Terms and Conditions 

Product Information: All images and descriptions are for illustration purposes and may not reflect the final product. Style, colours, type of flowers will vary as per seasonal availability, as will ribbon colour and wrapping choices. Any specific requests are to be communicated prior to ordering and will still be subject to availability. Should a particular selection be unavailable in florals or sundries, an appropriate alternative will be substituted. 

Cancellations/ Changes are accepted to standard orders prior to 48 hours before the delivery date.  If you have made a special/ event order with an individualised quote, that requires special items, changes may be unable to be made within 7 days of the delivery date. If you wish to make a change/ cancellation please get in contact via email at emsiemayperth@gmail.com and we can see what we can do.

Pricing and Payments: Pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST. Pricing does not include any applicable delivery fees. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Payment must be made at time of purchase; either by PayPal, credit card, debit card. 

Delivery of Goods:  It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure delivery details are correct and accurate.  An unsuccessful delivery with no safe place for goods to be left may result in the sender incurring an additional delivery fee.  If the recipient is unable to physically receive the goods and they are left in what is determined to be a safe place, Emsie May is not responsible to any damage or loss of goods that occurs after delivery.  

Returns/ Refunds: As floral products are perishable and sold as per seasonal availability, returns/refunds are uncommon. Lifespan of florals varies greatly and depends on species as well as care at home. However Emsie May will handle any legitimate refunds/ returns, if contacted in a timely manner after receipt of items and solutions will be on a case by case basis.
