Why won't my order process?

This could be due to a couple of reasons. Firstly check your order value; there is a minimum order of $45 so for example you are unable to order a singular baby bloom. Secondly your post code may be out of the accepted area for delivery orders. If it's neither of these and you're having trouble, please email emsiemayperth@gmail.com and i'll help you out.

Can I change details in my order?

Should you make a mistake with delivery address or wish to change your message for your recipient; please get in touch with us ASAP over email: emsiemayperth@gmail.com to rectify before flowers are out for delivery. If you wish to make larger changes such as number of bouquets or day of delivery; please also get in contact but do note that this may not be possible if it is too close to the original order date.

Do you deliver?

Yes we do! Orders with a minimum spend of $45 are delivered for free within a 5km radius and for $12 for those up to 25 kms from our Mount Lawley HQ. You can test your postcode by typing it in your cart to check if we will come to you!

Where do you deliver?

We deliver for free within 5km of our Mount Lawley HQ and for $12 up to 25kms away. You can check your postcode in your shopping cart to see what delivery is available to you!

When do you deliver?

Delivery times will vary but generally blooms will be delivered in the morning time.  If no one is able to receive the delivery, they will be left in a safe place and a message will be sent to the recipient. When ordering, you may select a delivery day with a lead in time of 2 days.

What if no one is around to receive the delivery?

If no one is able to receive the flowers, orders will be left in a safe place where possible. If flowers are ordered to a business/ hospital and are unable to be accepted, or no safe place is determined, you will be contacted to make alternative arrangements.

Can you deliver to a hospital?

Please check with the specific ward you wish to send flowers to as many hospitals no longer allow flowers for hygiene/safety risks. If in doubt it may be best to wait until your loved one returns home and then send them some love :)

How can I make sure my delivery is seamless?

Please be specific with delivery addresses! Including unit number/ letter and any other helpful details. If you know its a confusing spot feel free to give us extra info in the notes e.g. its 45B which is behind 45 and has a long red driveway :) Helping a girl out is much appreciated!

How do I care for my blooms?

Keep me out of direct sunlight and fairly cool. Keep me in fresh water and change it every couple days or if it looks cloudy. Remove any leaves from the water or dead stems.

Can you make something a little bit more pinker/bigger/taller/fluffier/sunflowery-er?

Maybe! If you have a different request for a style of bouquet/ size of arrangement, feel free to get in touch and see what we can do. 

Will it look exactly like the picture?

Maybe not, but that's part of the fun! Bouquets are made with different assortments of flowers as per availability/ seasons etc and no 2 bunches are the same. However, all flowers, are put together with the utmost care and love and you can expect a cute bunch no matter what !
